
Chicken and Parma Ham Parcels with Mediterranean Melters...
Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
4 Skinless chicken breast fillets.
4slices of melters.
4slices Parma ham.
1 Red pepper, finely sliced.
4 tab.sp. sour cream or crème frais.
Method:
Cut a deep horizontal pocket in each chicken breast.
Inside each pocket, place a melters slice, a sprinkling of sliced peppers and a spoonful of sour cream.
Wrap each chicken breast in Parma ham.
Place in a roasting dish and spoon remaining sour cream over top.
Bake in oven 180’c/350’f/Gas 4 for 30 mins.
Slice Chicken to serve.
