
Stuffed Peppers with Cherry Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Mild Cheddar...
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
125g/4oz grated mild cheddar
4 peppers
8 cherry tomatoes
125g/4oz mushrooms
Olive oil
Method:
Cut peppers in half lengthways and remove seeds.
Place sliced mushrooms and halved cherry tomatoes into centre of peppers.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place on a greased baking sheet an drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in oven 180’c/350’f/Gas 4 for 30 mins. Until soft.
