
Baked Tomatoes with Grated Edam...
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1225g/4oz Grated Edam
4 large ripe tomatoes
2 tab.sp. olive oil
Chopped fresh herbs
Salt and pepper
Method:
Cut tomatoes in half, take out seeds.
Place on a greased baking tray, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Mix together grated Edam and herbs and spoon into centre of tomatoes.
Bake in oven 170’c/325’f/Gas 3 for 20 mins.
Serve hot with buttered toast.
