Additive Cheese, our own manufacturers and partners offer an unrivalled range of Cheddar, Stilton, Wensleydale, Red Leicester and Double Gloucester based additive cheese in both sweet and savoury formats, avaliable in both deli and prepack options.
Speciality Cheese, this diverse market of traditonal and innovative British cheese makers offers products such as: soft cheese, goats cheese, ewes milk based, unpasteurised, smoked and much more. This range is now enhanced by a substantial choice of Continental speciality types, totalling nearly 400. This important sector continues to expand with new British, Irish and Continental artisan cheese.
British Territorials and Cheddar, our range includes a complete selection of quality Territorials in unibloc and farmhouse versions, available in prepack and bulk formats from 200g to 20kg.
