
Bradbury and Son unveil new Nantwich Cheese!
Leading cheese distributor/marketeer Bradbury and Son are pleased to announce the launch of an exciting new cheese ‘Nantwich Blue’ to celebrate their involvement with the World’s largest cheese show in Nantwich, Cheshire. The new cheese called ‘Nantwich Blue’ is a soft and creamy continental style blue cheese with a spicy finish, the cheese is targeted at consumers looking for an indulgent blue cheese without the harshness of a Stilton.
The cheese has been named ‘Nantwich Blue’ to celebrate the company’s involvement with the ‘Nantwich International Cheese Show’ at Dorfold Hall Park in Nantwich, Cheshire at the end of July. Bradbury and Son Commercial Director and Nantwich Cheese Show Chairman Richard Paul said ‘Bradbury’s have supported the show for a number of year’s and we wanted a fantastic cheese to carry the Nantwich name and promote the world’s largest Cheese Show’
Nantwich Blue has been developed by Bradbury and Son in conjunction with a experienced cheesmaker Steve Peace who has 30 years in the Dairy industry, previously working for Stilton manufacturers. The cheese is matured for 4 Weeks with a rind on to retain the flavour inside the cheese.
